We're Fullyfelt.
A team of senior product designers, led by our founder Lara Rotrakarn. Lara has spent ten years designing products for startups, and some of them became unicorns within two years.
Lara started Fullyfelt because the internet is filling up with generated, forgettable design, and the companies we care about deserve better.
The short version

We design the whole product experience: the strategy and roadmap, the flows, the interface and the system that holds it together. At early-stage startups that usually means all of it at once, with a small team and not much time.
That's the habit Fullyfelt is built on. Make decisions quickly, explain them clearly and keep the quality high enough that you'd be proud to ship it tomorrow.
Today we use AI to remove the slow parts: the research digging, the variations, the resizing, the documentation. It has made us faster. It hasn't made us less careful.
How we work
Four things we won't compromise on
Decide, don't generate
Anyone can produce a hundred options. The job is choosing the right one, and being able to say why.
Details are the product
Spacing, wording, states, timing. People can't name them, but they feel them.
Speed is a design material
Fast feedback loops make better work. AI shortens the loop. It doesn't replace the judgement.
Stay close to the team
Tickets, comments and Figma links in the open. No black box, no surprise at the end.
